Challenge

Located in the heart of Chinatown are two buildings, both operated by BC Housing. With over 200 units in each building, with no cooling remedies in those units, the residents suffer immensely during the warm, summer months. BC Housing came to us looking for a solution. That solution was window film!

Solution

Implementation of dual reflective window film providing:

  • Significant heat reduction

  • Enhanced privacy for residents

  • Natural light preservation

  • Reduced glare
