This building once housed the participants of the Vancouver Olympics in 2010. Now, It is
operated by BC Housing as affordable housing.

Building History

Challenge

Due to the small units and high amount of glass, heat exposure in the summer is next to
unbearable, even with dual pane windows. Units also lacking air conditioning faced unbearable heat, with traditional cooling solutions beyond budget constraints
