Operating under the jurisdiction of Fraser Health, we adhere to strict standards, especially during the summer months. Fraser Health mandates daily temperature checks of each resident's room. If temperatures reach 26 degrees or higher, residents must be moved to a cool zone for safety.

Experience the difference with our Solar Window Film! In the hottest rooms, temperatures stayed below 23 degrees, ensuring residents remain cooler and safer—especially critical as they may struggle to regulate body temperature. Our film blocks approximately 3.5 degrees of heat per windowpane. With rooms featuring about 2 large and 2 smaller windows, we effectively reduce heat by 7.5-10 degrees total.
No Film Installed Window: The temperature of the glass before installation was 26.9 degrees, allowing 3.5 degrees more heat through.
DRDS Installed Window: After installation, the glass temperature is 30.4 degrees. This increase occurs because the film reflects heat back, preventing it from entering.
